Health Coach vs. Certified Health Coach: Know the Difference

As you continue in your health journey, I want you to be informed when making your decision. When hiring a health coach really ask what qualifies them to be a health coach? Are they certified? Which agency did they receive their health coaching from? Do your research and make sure you are getting partnered with the right type of coach.

Which plan is best?

I get asked a lot about different programs. Jenny Craig, Nutrisystem, Weight Watchers, keto diet, Atkins, Mediterranean diet, intermittent fasting, Beachbody, Les Mills and so on. Usually the question is “which is best?” or “what do you think of (fill in blank here)?” Here is my tried and true response.

So now that you may have this new appreciation for your body, what are you going to do to maintain it, or maybe you realize your body could be better?
