Workout on your time

Are you motivated to work out but unsure where to start? Should you work your legs, maybe your arms, possibly your chest? If you don’t want to spend money on a health coaching or personal training package, you can opt for a Personal Exercise Program.

How it works: I will meet with you, perform a fitness assessment, and talk to you about your goals, the type of equipment you have available, and your schedule. Then, I will create a customized workout plan for you to do on your own. In 4-6 weeks, when you have mastered that program, you can contact me for an updated program and continue working out on your terms.
