DON'T PAY DOUBLE
It is easy to get sucked in and find yourself paying double for services. First, you get the gym membership. Some machines are complicated, and you don't know where to start, so you buy the personal training package. You are paying two prices to reach your goals. Why?
If exercising in your home is not an option, I have gym space available in Wexford. My MAC Gym in Wexford, PA, has been my home for several years. They have a fantastic staff and plenty of equipment to choose from. No membership is required to train with me at My MAC Gym.
This might be an excellent option if you are ready for heavy weights, heavy bags, cardio, or cross-fit equipment.
