What's the difference between personal training and health coaching? Personal Trainers have the expertise to develop and implement fitness programs. They help clients achieve their fitness goals with nutritional guidance and customized workout plans.

Health coaches work with trainers, registered dietitians and doctors as part of a client's health team to create programs that will motivate and teach clients how to become active participants in their health. 

Health coaches are well-versed in behavior modification techniques to guide clients to a healthier lifestyle. They work with a team to develop well-rounded programs that help clients achieve their goals. Health coaching clients can range from people with severe medical conditions to people who have tried other programs but haven't successfully maintained healthy habits.

There are a variety of Health Coaching packages to choose from, including face-to-face coaching or virtual coaching via a client portal or my customized phone app so you can get coaching on the go.
