The more the merrier! Discounts are available for couples, small groups for 3-8 people and multiple session purchases. Finding the right Health Coach or personal trainer for you can be difficult. I understand that and for this reason our first meeting is free. I would like to get to know you, learn your goals and discuss all the options. I want to make sure that you receive the best training to reach your goals.
PERSONAL TRAINING SERVICES
Personal Training and Group Fitness Packages:
All pricing listed here is for personal training and group fitness sessions.
For the use of MAC Gym facilities, no membership charges are required; there is a $10.00 per session facility fee charge.
Other Personal Training Services:
Services are offered in person, virtually or at MAC Gym.
