Memorial Day Tips

I just wanted to send a reminder that you can enjoy you Memorial Day picnic but don’t go crazy and invite the whole neighborhood over. Also, if you have been working really hard to not gain the Quarantine 15 or the 2020 Twenty then this might be a set up for you to gorge! This is your chance to get ahead of those impulses and research healthier substitutions.

So now that you may have this new appreciation for your body, what are you going to do to maintain it, or maybe you realize your body could be better? You could make it leaner, stronger, faster, healthier. If you are part of the 30.5% on the American population that has obesity and other weight related issues, you may want to focus now. There is growing concern over the connection of obesity and COVID-19 complications and deaths.
